Our story

Rooted in culture, made from scratch

In Filipino culture, ‘Barako’ symbolizes strength, boldness and character. Chefs Sherwood Supa and Camila Abalos built Barako Bistro on St. Albert Trail to share the flavours that shaped them: fresh breads, pastries and dishes made in house, with ingredients from local farms and producers and Kapeng Barako coffee.
